My aviation source tells me that the reason NAF 001 with Bola Tinubu onboard spent so many hours in Algeria where it appeared to be stuck is that Niger refused permission for Tinubu to fly through Nigèrien airspace and threatened to shoot his plane out of the sky if he dared.

NAF 001 subsequently had to stop in Algeria to plot a new flight route to Abuja. They tried to cut through the southwestern tip of Niger, but they have just been forced to leave Nigèrien airspace!

They've just entered Burkina Faso!

I hope this is just sensational journalism at play. Because if true, this could be misinterpreted as an open declaration of war. I dont want to believe the Nigèrien junta can be so callous and unprincipled.

This David thinks all Nigerians have low IQs undecided. So the pilots did not plan their route before they departed France.

Even those people flying a Cessna 172 like the one shown in my image below will plan their route before departing any airfield.

Can you imagine. The Nigerian Airforce did not know that Niger Republic was an hostile territory and decided to fly via Niger anyway. There was no stopping in Algeria. David is just making shit up to feed his dogs grin

It's not sensational journalism. Tinubu arrived Nigeria not long ago with a couple of French citizens. There was indeed a diversion in his flight route from the Nigerien airspace. One begins to wonder what he was doing using their airspace after stomping them with sanctions for months now.

Official sources have already confirmed his arrival, including Arise Tv and People's gazette.
