the 2023 election is a waste of time, but then either way the judges in the supreme Court want to pass their judgement, Nigerian need to know 3 important questions

(2) does INEC has the right to violate its guidelines for an election?
Bearing in mind that a credible election has to do with INEC obeying its guidelines
(3) is the FCT the federation or the 37th state?
Bearing in mind that for the FCT to be as a state, it need to be modified to look like a state before an election, and the like of wike will not have that legit right to exercise his power there if he is not voted by the people of the FCT
