As a Secretary/Personal Assistant to the Managing Director (MD), your role is pivotal in providing comprehensive administrative support. You'll manage the MD's busy schedule, coordinate travel arrangements, and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities include preparing meeting materials, maintaining organized documents, and ensuring confidentiality with sensitive information.

Requirements/Qualifications:
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, secretarial studies, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in business correspondence.
• Proficiency in office software and communication tools (e.g., MS Office, email, calendar software).
• High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information and sensitive matters.
