Late Saturday night ~ a day before Nigerian 63rd Independence day celebration, US District Judge Nancy Maldonaldo issues a ruling that is set to cause a major set back to the current president of Nigeria; Bola Ahmed Tinubu, over what appears to be an issue of IDENTITY THEFT.
According to sources that knows much about the travails of the Nigerian president, who at one time or the other worked with the US States Department, this ruling by Judge Nancy is not unconnected with the so called Dossier release by the FBI sometime in Oct.
Sighting what it calls "Bad publicity & pilled up legal fees", CSU; the school at the center of the controversy, have said that they are tired of the legal tussle and will be willing to turn over all they have about one "Bola A Tibunu" whos they said graduated from their institution, or mistake him for someone else. The Nigerian president who claims he is the same person CSU refers to as "Bola A Tinubu" has done so much to stop his documents from CSU from been release, raising eyebrow in many quarters!

Recalled that last week, Judge Nancy okayed an emergency ruling, temporary stopping CSU from executing the order by Judge Jeffrey Gilbert, a move our contact at the States Department says was to allowed the Nigerian president leave the US soil, as a negative revealment might call into action what the FBI termed "FORCEFUL EVACUATION" of a visiting president of an ally nation.

BOLA TINUBU LOSES AGAIN AS U.S JUDGE ORDERS RELEASE OF ACADEMIC RECORDS, DEPOSITION OF CSU OFFICIALS, WARNS AGAINST FURTHER APPEALS
U.S Judge Nancy Maldonado has adopted all the ruling of Magistrate Judge Jeffrey Gilbert of the U.S District Court, Northern District of Illinois, ordering the immediate release of the academic records of Bola Tinubu by the Chicago State University.
Judge Maldonado gave CSU until 12noon on Monday to release the documents and the deposition of officials of CSU completed by 5pm CDT on Tuesday.
The Judge further warned Tinubu against further appeal as the Court would not entertain such.

To this end, Nigerians resident in the US; particularly those working their ass off legitimately in the US have voiced out their joy for these ruling, saying that it remains to be seen what the FBI have over him.
Nigeria is a country noted for forgery, corruption and bad leaders who have done a lot to make the citizens poorer by each successive administration.
Few months ago when the ex-president Buhari handed over to Tinubu, one USD was exchanging for a little lower than 710NGN. Just weeks down the line, same dollar has climbed over 1000NGN.

Ikenna in Detroit says: What a bad day for the president, but a good day for us!
Adesola in Michigan says: This is breathtaking! What do we expect tomorrow?
Tochukwu in Chicago have this to say: I left Nigeria in tears after suffering injustice from one big man like that. I am happy a Nigerian big man is about to be disgraced!
Engr Idowu chipped in: Hurray Nigerians, the beginning of a new Nigeria is in sight!
The list goes on on!

The presidency and its handlers are yet to comment on the stringent condition tied to the ruling by judge Nancy! From what we now know, it might the end of a long drawn battle to reveal the real identity of the Nigerian president.

From Nigerians in the US, its Thank you Honorable Judge Nancy!
