The AMALGAMATED ROAD TRAVELERS AND PASSENGERS ASSOCIATION OF NIGERIA (ARTPAN) is an association that is registered under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria with its Head office in Gariki II, Abuja, Nigeria.

The aims and objectives of ARTPAN is to promote the safety and welfare of road travellers and passengers throughout Nigeria, and also to partner and cooperate with all road users agents such as;
NURTW, NARTO, RTEAN, NATA, Mass transit companies and other road users.
They are in charge of passengers welfare throughout Nigeria while other unions are in charge of vehicles and drivers and motor park managements.

Since they issue passengers manifest in motor parks in Nigeria, if there is accident or a passengers travelling involves in accident they mostly help the passenger for first aid treatment or take up legal case for a passenger if being maltreated by a transport company or drivers.
They have office in Asaba Delta State exactly opposite Kilimanjaro Fast Food, Nnebisi Road, Beside FCMB bank, Asaba Delta State. Their Asaba phone numbers are 0803—7647--685 and +234-907—9032—496
Artpan is in 36 states of the federation.
