That dude is smart, he knows that no matter how long it takes, there'll eventually be a probe of the gargantuan financial malfeasance they spent eight years perpetrating under Buhari's watch. I won't be surprised if he has undergone facial reconstruction surgery to better hide his identity.

Anyway,he is in Transportation University,in Katsina,as he is yet to Accounts for NBILLIONS of Railways Fund and the last time he was called by
lacklustre -Lawan 's National Assembly -to submit Reports,it turned bloody,as many Assembly men were against him, especially his inability to explain how Chinese Mandarin was used as a language on the Rail- Contracts,which he Amaechi could not explain and the Probe was Inconclusive because of order from the above!
