Whenever you see any medical emergency situations especially when those who are professionals in that line are around, we should always give them the priority of moving closer first to rescue the situations.
We see that a lot of Nigerians do not know who should go closer to a victim when emergency situations occur.
We even see some of our leaders not enlightened about this especially when there are capable and professionals around.
What happened at the senate chamber earlier today, despite having a lot of medical professionals around, non medical professionals were the ones moving forward first.
In some instances, the emergency personnel will be struggling to get to the location due to overcrowding of onlookers.
In some developed countries, all you need to do is to call 911 immediately.
Another question might be how equipped and enlightened are our firefighters?
Do we even have paramedics amongst our firefighters?
We shall get there!
