Please does anyone know the best and easiest way to obtain electricity meter in Lagos? It appears that people at PHCN that are suppose to be processing meter applications make things difficult for applicants. We need meters to be able to read our electricity usuage pay appropriately, why is it hard to get a meter? Must we pay bribe/kick back in order to get anything in Nigeria? |
