It doesn't make sense for a successful former Governor like Kwankwaso, with visible commendable track records in governance, to deputize a failure with no visible achievement in governance.

It does not make sense for an Hausa man to deputize a religious and tribal bigot. "Yes daddy" can never triumph over "yes Nigeria"

It does not make sense for Kwankwaso to contest with someone he knew would lose. The only votes he got was on religious and ethnic sympathy. Place him with other contestants on a normal ground, he would still lose again.
