You have already stated the difference.

Maybe your question is; why the difference.

In which case, I will tell you, it is about the distance of transmission.

The longer the distance of transmission, the higher the voltage is stepped up, to minimise ohmic loss. Ploss = I2r

If you mean how to identify 33kv and 11kv.

The 33kv lines are those power lines that looks like towers, they normally have 4-6 huge wires separated by arms. No wires are connected to them. They are used to transmit power from one station to another.

11kv lines are the ones you see everyday on our roads that has three wires with gap in-between and on same level. They are the ones that feed our transformers, yes that transformer in your neighbourhood is fed by an 11kv line.

The last is a 220v line, this is the one that bring electricity to your house, they normally have 4 wires at different levels, 1 neutral and 3 live wires.
