Please, NEPA people claim they read meter and then allocate the bill based on the reading. My lodge is a 5-room lodge with a shop for dry cleaning, we normally pay 17k or so but now, the dry cleaner has packed out from both his room and his dry cleaning shop since August but the bill EEDC brought for September is still 17k. I tried explaining to them that it's not sensible for the same bill to be brought when there's a vacant room and a dry cleaning shop but they claim it's our meter reading.
