In celebration of World Egg Day, the Oyo State Government has unveiled plans to distribute approximately 11,000 bags of poultry feed to support 1,691 poultry farmers in the state. This initiative aims to alleviate the impact of subsidy removal and bolster food security within the region.

The disclosure was made by the Commissioner for Agriculture and Rural Development, Barrister Olasunkanmi Olaleye, during the World Egg Day event in Ibadan. He emphasized that this distribution is part of the government's commitment to the welfare of farmers.
