I doubt it is. The guy in the video does have blond hair like Chris Brown, but I wouldn't read too much into it. The video's about being a drug addict and finding love with another drug addict, though both of them are struggling.

She used a sort of chris brown look alike and the car scene and all that lovers show seems to be pointing at her relationship with chris brown

The guy looked soooo like chris brown it was so creepy. The video itself is one of her most meaningful video. Too bad its for a fun dance song like we found love. My interpretation; LOVERS WHO ARE NOT GOOD FOR EACH OTHER. GOOD SHE LEFT HIM IN D END.
