Buhari built the Warri and Kaduna refineries when he was the petroleum minister, partly expanded PH old refinery, initiated the built of PH new refinery in 1985 when he was Head of State. Instead of removing subsidy and making life difficult for the masses, the Government can repair and build new refineries. So that we will not have any need for importing the fuel we use in the first place. |
