Please, I need insight on how we can overcome this health issue my dad is battling with.
It all started few weeks ago when my sister called to inform me,
that my dad was rushed to the hospital
At first I thought it was nothing serious because he hardly get sick or take drugs,
But when I got to the hospital, my elder brother was already there and I saw that he(my dad)was unconscious and on drip, so we waited, towards evening of that day he regained consciousness but we noticed he couldn’t talk or move the right side of his body
We notified the doctor about his condition but the only thing he said was can’t we see he is getting better, with that response we knew that wasn’t the right hospital for our dad,so we requested for a Referral letter,
We took him to two government hospitals until we were finally referred to national hospital abuja
We were spent weeks, there was little improvement but people advise us that we should take him for herbal treatment and even the doctors advise that once he can eat, he would be discharged
To cut the story short
We took him home and started the herbal treatment
But we’re getting Weary
It’s not easy feeding, cleaning and carrying a grown man
We need him to be back on his feet
Is there a solution or advise you can help me with

The most beneficial treatment for a stroke patient is hyperbaric oxygen therapy -hbot.

The treatment needs to commence on time after the unset of stroke in other to have a very fast recovery.

How old is your dad,

Was he given an injection during his stay at the hospital?.

Can he talk now?

If the answer to my second questions is positive,then you need God to intervene.

It takes time.

This days av seen people get well from using herbal to treat stroke.

In his 60’s now
No injection was given
He can’t talk properly but he can answer yes or no

Most people recover over time from mild strokes.... but this one seems serious. To be blunt ... it is not likely he will recover the way you expect him to .... don't raise your hopes only to have them dashed. He has escaped death ... be thankful he is still alive. You guys will have to work out how to manage him. You need to find out the cause of the stroke ... it may be hypertension.... which can be hereditary.... all of you need to start monitoring your blood pressure and diet or the same is likely to befall you. Did he take the COVID-19 shot?... that has been dropping people like flies. Accept his condition .... learn to cope with it ... and most of all ... do not at any time let him feel he is a burden to you guys ... or that will bring about his demise. Hope is everything for him.
