Col. Gaddafi is said to have had more that $200 billion (£125bn) in cash and gold hidden away with some of it spread in secret accounts across the world Arguably, another good reason the West wanted Gadaffi dead. The West have figured that quick demise of a dictator (Marcos of Philippines, Sadam Hussein, Mobutu, Sanni Abacha etc.) always translates to many numbered bank accounts remaining dormant and unclaimed which later becomes the bank and state booty. Now Col Gadaffi has joined the long list. I sure know Libyans had valid reason to want Gadaffi out but the West also saw an opportunity. Of course I'm not slamming the West after all Westerners did not force Gadaffi and dictator thieves like him around the world to squirrel their people's money to the West. But I do understand funeral directors laugh to the bank when some rich folk dies. The sudden death of a thieving dictator always profits the West. Am trying to imagine how much IBB,OBJ,ABACHA,DAVID MARK,TINUBU,and all our top politicians will have in their secret accounts spread round the world. POWER BUSINESS IN BIG BUSINESS!!! |
