Yahaya Bello is a stvpid guy.
His convoy drove dangerously at a checkpoint, and the army had to call the next checkpoint.
The Guard's Brigade is not a team to intimidate like ordinary solder. He was lucky sef. They would have taught him a lesson.
It seems this is a statement from all these army NCOs.
This has got to be the DUMMBEST post on Nairaland for this month. Let me tell you, any sitting governor of a state (Yahya Bello inclusive) will kill your brigade commander and nothing will happen because he is under immunity. If i am the commander, ill demote him and still charge him 40 Days IHL. Even the President guards will stay 30 meters away from Check point and there will be communication if they need to come closer Miracle2020:
The guard commander of that check point should be charged. You allow useless corrupt black and black to come and make decision in your check point? Why did he leave only one soldier in that check point. If I am the guard commander I will close the whole road let me see what they will do. |

We have many soliders that were trained in India, Paskistan, Belarus, Iraq and other part of asia for special force training. Let me remind you that during General Sani Abacha's regime, 3000 soliders were trained in Northa Korea and these soliders are still in service. Where do you think our special forces het trained?? If them line up CTU and special forces soliders, they will level CTU in mins. I know you won't agree because you're not in service 3ice9ce:

This comparison is pointless. It is stupid. This 'competition' has been on for decades. What is the result? How has it profited Nigerians?
They both have a job to do and they are NOT doing it well. There is insecurity, both within and without. We have armed robbery. We have banditry. We have kidnapping. We have terrorism. We have insurgency. We have boko haram. And so on.
They should just do their damn jobs. Nobody is interested in their petty rivalry. Abuja is not Kogi State. Those Soldiers are National guard. They are responsible for the securty in FCT. Police have limits when it comes to securty. No matter the training of a CTU agent, he can never be compared to that of a Soldier. For your information, I have Cousins in both jobs. |
