I got a new Mac as I want to embark on digital skills ; data analysis. My headache now is how do I get those packages; Jupiter,Java, Excel etc.
or is it better to change it to window

Use Google to search for how to install all the softwares you need. Example

Open Google and type

install jupyter on macos
install java on macos

Etc and follow the results to install your softwares.
