Kherson, Luhansk and Zaporizhzhia Donetsk ,these are the regions annexed by Russia, apart from Zaporizhzhia Russia doesn't even control the administrative headquarters of the region's, Russia dose not even control the entire four regions as some part are under Ukraine.
