This young boy was apprehended by older neighbors when they caught him attempting to get high by inhaling gum from inside a pure water nylon.

It was revealed that this wasn't his first offense; he had previously been warned to stop but was caught in the act once again.

On this occasion, the neighbors on the street threatened to take him to the police station, and the boy began crying profusely, pleading not to be taken to the police station.

This young boy truly requires rehabilitation, and I wish we can provide assistance. I've just realized that leaving him in this situation or simply threatening to arrest him won't be very effective. Moderators, can we bring attention to this young man's situation?
