Bag of water is 400 in my camp, did one coloured printing for #700 ,photocopy is #100 ,they are even selling leather bag for 400,abg is it normal?

It’s because most of the sellers comes from the state capital and most of the NYSC camp always located in a small town or village. They also come the day camp open and leave the day you’re leaving so they have to consider their transportation, and they will be paying taxes to NYSC officials too. You know the way Nigeria works, give and take.
