The post was about to agree or disagree in other to lay your views to support what you should contribute.

In all honesty and with all seriousness, in reality you both spoke like idiots.

Nigeria will be great when you start thinking "what can I do for the country?" Not what Tinubu and Buhari can offer the masses but unfortunately, majority of us are leech!.

Building a nation is on both sides - govt and the people.

The govt has a huge part to play, otherwise why are they there ?

And the people too have a part to play.

So do you think Nigeria is salvageable or we should just take it that it is gone / irredeemable

Until you and I as citizens start building our nation by ourselves nothing is going to happen. We are just rallying round a circle and we'll keep doing that no matter who becomes the President.
Tho the constitution needs to be amended.
The constitution placed every weight on the government to shoulder which is not feasible.
If every indigenous family in Niger Delta own their oil rigs exclusively and just giving royalties to the government Nigeria would have become better but no every natural resources on your family land belongs to the government with the exclusive right to assign it to whoever they want. An Aminu Sokoto could own 100 oil rigs in Rivers state while an Omenka don't even own a single oil rig. Things like this will not make Nigeria develop. The constitution is our major problem in Nigeria.

Initially, following your first line, you were going to pass as a psychophant - but your subsequent writeup diffused that suspicion. So you spoke well.

But I was going to ask you, what do you mean by the embolded ? Like it's ALL about the citizens ? If it's not about them alone, what do you see the govt is doing or has done to make it clear that the bulk now lies on the table of the citizens ?
