He was seen as the God of Israel in the past simply because it appeared only the nation of Israel recognized him whole heartedly in the old testament.
But currently, he is recognized worldwide and therefore he is the God of the whole world he created, no one can take that from him.

Whether he is playing games i don't think so.
He is only being principled and should not be mistaken for games
He created the world to be governed by principles from the on-set until man failed.
Some of these principles will require humans to engage in science and researches to discover.
But he had to break some of his principles and carry out supernatural miracles in the past, what can be easily considered a myth by unbelievers, which was never convenient for him, all in the bid to restore mankind back to the right track which he succeeded doing by his crucifixion and resurrection 2000 years ago

This is what he did to the world when we died and resurrected.(what is easily considered a myth by unbelievers)

Lucifer has so much grip over the world and he's working very hard to get if possible 95% of humanity to hell to be with him and his demons.

As we are in the last days, Satanic influence is increasing tremendously,so much that even Christians in churches are falling under him.
