Who’s using Edmi prepaid meter hd21 ? I can’t change my balance. Anytime I input the 90 short code and enter it display 88888.

I only get that message when some of the batteries are bad or not well positioned.

SOLUTION TO EDMI HD21 8888888 CONNECT ISSUE: Press 755204 then the enter key. Type in the last 9 digits of your meter number and press the enter key. Your remote will then connect to the main unit.

*If the last 9 digits doesn't work, try the last 10.

My own EDMI HD21 prepaid meter has factory problems as confirmed by Ikeja electric technicians.
This meter was installed 2nd November 2023, by 3rd November 2023, it wouldn't supply light into the house again.

How do I reach EDMI HD21 customer care in Lagos or their office address?
