The whole fault is from NYSC who knew he has or forge his NYSC certificate but could not provide adequate proof to back it up.....
I guess the powers that be must have step into NYSC

Nigeria values the integrity of her institution. With this court verdict the person heading NYSC should be sacked, arrested and charge to court for gross incompetence

Poor education is what's affecting Nigeria, the verdict says nysc did not prove that he did not serve, but nysc just declared his certification fake without any cause of evidence that it's fake.

They gave nysc enough chance and time to prove that it's fake nysc did not.

But here are poorly educated human beings declaring that the judges were bribed just like that

I can bet you didn't follow that case.

Oga, stop writing NONSENSE.

NYSC in responses filed in the Abuja court, submitted documentary proofs that point to a possible case of forgery against the Enugu State governor.

A deposition at the Federal High Court, Abuja, taken from the Assistant Director in the Corps Certification Department, Mrs. Rhoda Dawa, revealed that the discharge certificate that Governor Mbah claimed was issued to him did not emanate from the NYSC.

Documents submitted to the court by the NYSC to prove that the Enugu State governor may have submitted a forged discharge certificate include the alleged forged certificate Mbah submitted to the Independent National Electoral Commission, a photocopy of the original copy of the certificate that was to be issued to Mbah, a date sheet showing where discharged corps members signed for their certificates, another data sheet with the names of unclaimed certificates, official circulars authorising the destruction of unclaimed certificates, photographs of the incineration of the unclaimed discharge certificates, samples of the NYSC discharge certificates during the period the governor was supposed to have performed his compulsory national service, Police and Department of State Services’ letters of investigation, among others.

How can you say the original issuer of the document say the document is fake and you're doubting them. Okay now look at what they provided. Now bro, judge this case now.

I guess you are just trying to establish that proof is relative then?

Because on NYSC's broadsheet of the year Mbah claimed to have received it, Mbah's name was not there and that sheet was tendered in court as proof of evidence.

What else again should have been tendered as proof?

You see Nigeria bah, I think people were meant to exploit the loopholes in the system and loot as ruthlessly as they can.
Unfortunately Nigeria doesn't deserve "good" people.

My advice for you is loot without mercy if you find yourself in a position to.

You're the poorly educated one here.

NYSC is the only issuing body authorised to issue a discharge certificate.

If NYSC claims they never issued him one, then whichever he parades is obviously fake.

If the American Embassy say they never issued you a Visa, then whatever American visa you claim to have is fake. They don't have to come and defend your forgery.

What poor argument are you trying to posit here?

I saw the details of his defence too, you can search for it online, they brought exhibits that showed that nysc does not have a fool proof database.

Nysc brought their registry where he was supposed to sign out, that registry is till open and his signature was never there. And even as of today, that registry is till available, can be seen by anyone. He was supposed to sign out, how can you not sign out and collect certificate? Apart from that that time he was doing Nysc was when he got appointment as Enugu chief of staff, automatically that alone disqualifies you from doing Nysc as you can't be a politician and be in Nysc. Bro let's be honest court in Nigeria now is a joke. Soon people won't obey court orders cause we can see that a judge can give judgement based on sentiments and whatever he or she gets in her bank account

Most times I really don't understand the kind judgement Nigeria courts dishes, always contradicting themselves and doing jangilover. Is it not in Tinubu case that court established that it's only the issuer of certificate that can give evidence of fake or invalidate a certificate now this one again is saying the issuer can't prove certificate is fake. What again do they want NYSC to prove? The certificate presented wasn't issued by them and a judge is asking for another evidence. Which other evidence again. I pity people still believing this country.

Enugu State are in for it.
I hope this man performs. He’s never in the news for projects nor development.

He is doing a lot so far, he flagged 71 roads to be fixed and work is heavily going on in ENUGU metropolis and some streets, plus some road patching on federal roads(mind you it's only federal roads that he is patching, but doing thorough work on state roads).

He's also fixing the water wahala, which is the major problem in ENUGU.
He has restored a good percentage of security and normalcy in Enugu, though there's still kidnapping, just like it exist in most places in Nigeria, but has reduced in ENUGU metropolis.

Go to human development, alot of people are being trained for free , in different computer programs and Cyber security.

He allowed the local government chairmen to have 100% of their money (of which the former governor was collecting 80% of the money, leaving the chairmen with 20%), and he charged them to use it and work in their various local governments. He also told them that if they have a bigger project, that he will give them 60% of the money after assessing the project and he's sure that they can't do it alone.

Why you don't hear about the good things about him is because the LP/Nsukka are the media people, they're still pained that Edeoga lost the election. They'd rather side Alex Otti and promote anything, and fight Mbah and discredit everything, forgetting that the person that crumbled Enugu was Gburugburu, Edeoga's cousin.

I rest my case.
