You are not familiar with that axis so get proper information from people on ground. The one ugwuanyi built is inside GRA in Nsukka Town. Ugwuanyi is not from Nsukka Town neither is he from Nsukka local government. He is from orba in Udenu local government but under Nsukka zone. This particular stadium built by this yorubaman is in Ibagwa Aka, Igbo Eze South Local government Area, under Nsukka zone
