The Secretary to the Osun State Government, Hon. Teslim Igbalaye, has congratulated Senator Olubiyi Fadeyi, Senator representing the people of Osun Central, on the conferment of chieftaincy title as the Basofin of Ondo land by Oba (Dr) Ademefun Kiladejo, Osemawe of Ondo land.


The SSG alluded to Sen. Falaye's noteworthy contributions at the Senate and his ultimate desire to represent his people to the best of his ability, noting that these and more has made him worthy of the honour.

"I heartily congratulate my good brother on this meritorious honour bestowed on him by Oba Dr. Ademefun Kiladejo. This largely shows that everyone in Osun and beyond are in awe of your outstanding contributions to human development.


"You have showed good representation since you assumed your role at the Senate, and I'm sure that your constituents are proud and lucky."


The Governor of Osun State, Sen. Ademola Adeleke, the Ooni of Ife, Oba Enitan Adeyeye Ogunwusi, Otunba Dele Momodu, Osun State PDP chairman, Hon. Sunday Bisi and Barr. Kamoru Ajisafe, Special Adviser to the Governor on Tax matter, were all in attendance.
