Forms EC8As (original) were already filled and signed by incumbent governors in Imo and Kogi, and are already being uploaded even before voting were concluded in most of the areas. Just wait for your state election, so you can understand where we are at in this country. If people who can owe 22 months salary can muzzle their way into power, then pray it won't affect your family members in civil service. You see, most APC supporters are myopic.
