Please for the past 3 days now, I've been having headache while sleeping or immediately I wake. It wasn't serious until now.

Right at the top of my head, the headache is hitting.



What could be the cause? And how do I reduce it before seeing the doctor?


For like a week now, we are doing some work in a remote village, and seeing a doctor now could be difficult.


Before coming, I treated malaria and typhoid so as to avoid health issues.


I can't sleep now,
Please help!

My guess is it's either stress or dehydration, for the stress slice some ginger and boil with water then take it before bedtime it's gon' help calm ya nerves ....... Make sure of 5ltrs of water intake per day for the dehydration.
