*TRANSACTION PROCEDURES*

1. Parties sign DOA

2. Receiver transmits initial 2% LTV in form of Bank Assurance Letter (BAL) I or Corporate Confirmable Cheque (CCC) bank to bank, AO to AO.

3. Provider confirms 2% BAL or CCC, and issues RWA Pre- advice to Receiver Bank AO

4. Receiver confirms Pre-advice and issues an IBPU for balance of LTV

5. Provider issues a soft copy of the Instrument and transmits to Receiver AO bank to bank.

6. Receiver confirms the Soft Copy of the Instrument and pays the initial LTV of 2% immediately

7. Receiver processes the IBPU and pays the balance of the LTV Within 5-7 banking days.
