You can't be supporting illegality and blaming the system! Why don't they comply with simple election guidelines?

My brother this doesn't make sense. Inec had closed nomination forms yet they printed the guy's name on their ballot papers, then gave it to the electorates to vote. Or is there something I'm missing!
This country must be the funniest place on the globe at the moment.

What a lie!!
So why is Gawuna not a party to the suit of he was already aware of that loophole?

Abba Yusuf joined NNPP before Kwankwaso did self in 2022 and he emerged as consensus candidate. So where is this lie coming from.
APC just like telling lies to cover up their evil deeds

INEC accepted their nominations and nobody from NNPP challenged it. Its an internal party affair but again APC= the judiciary.

Pakute:

Nothing like interloper, NNPP did not submit the name of Abba Yusuf to INEC, infact, no primaries took place.

If you like bring somebody without qualifications, if you like bring somebody from Cameroun, as long as there is not a complaint from within the party INEC will accept it. if you submit a candidate whose name is not in the register, INEC will accept it, INEC does not disqualify a candidate, Court does.

Interesting!
What an umpire, what an inert, sleeping useless and hopeless umpire! So inec prepares the bed for the fall guy after depleting him of his lean resources? Really interesting.
But what does inec really mean when they close submission of nomination forms? Or I see, "you can always submit through the back door and if the courts sort you out later, that's your business!" kudos to eye neck!

NNPC said Yusuf was their candidate eventhough they knew he wasn't on the register and there was no primaries. do you feel like INEC should have fought their choice?. people should learn to seperate INEC from party's blantant errors.

Sorry. I forgot you're daft. Go back and read what your dollar stuffing chairman said.
He said they handed over the evidence to Gawuna Yusuf when they discovered it.
But same Gawuna congratulated Abba Yusuf and even refused to go to court.
Now use the little brain you have. If he had such evidence with him already, why did he congratulate Abba Yusuf and refused to go to court.
Note also that Abba Yusuf was a consensus candidate for NNPP.

Hm.

โ€œ And because they desperately wanted a governor in Kano State, the party gave them a ticket to contest. But they made a serious blunder because when they joined the party, INEC had closed submission of nomination forms. But they were blind and uneducated. They went into the ring without making careful observation of thisโ€.

Disgraceful comment by Ganduje.

Since INEC had closed submission of forms, why did the same INEC accept the form from the man and his party?

This gives us more insight into the collusion of INEC with political parties, who try all they can to subvert democracy.
If INEC had turned them down same you would have come here crying wolf about INEC colluding with APC against opposition parties
