We are a long established multi-disciplinary management and financial
consulting practice, with a strong competence in Human Capital Consulting,
Organization Development, and Learning Consulting.
We seek to identify, self-managed, professional individuals with a strong flair
for business development and HR consulting project management, in the
following position:

A) HEAD, HR CONSULTANCY & ORGANISATION DEVELOPMENT (SENIOR
CONSULTANT)
The candidate for this position will report to the Chief Operating Officer,
and have responsibility for managing a team of staff for business
development and relationship management, revenue and profit
generation and performance management. The appointee will be a
university graduate with consultancy experience in a similar role,
handling HR consulting projects, including but not limited to executive
search and staff selection, job evaluation, compensation survey, staff
audit, design of Job Descriptions and Key Performance Indices, etc.
We are looking for people with experience of 8 years or more in a
similar role, and experience in Learning and Skills Development will be
an added advantage.

B) CONSULTANT, HR CONSULTANCY & ORGANISATION DEVELOPMENT
The selected candidate for this position will have responsibilities for
supporting the team in the execution of the above responsibilities of
the Senior Consultant, empowered by not less than five years’
experience in HR practice, or in a well-structured HR consulting
organization.

C) HR CONSULTING EXECUTIVES
Suitable candidates will be HR or HR Consulting executives, university
graduates, with not less than three years’ experience in HR practice or
in an HR consulting organization. The role will support the Consultants in
the department while also undertaking business development and
relationship management activities.
