As operators of Mega Connect, Move Monkey has the following duties:

1. Daily serving over fifty ministries, departments, and agencies (MDAs) of the Edo State Government (EDSG) by providing vehicles for dispatch duties and official functions.

2. Operator of the Ride-On-Demand application, which is the first of its kind in a public institution in Nigeria. Popularly called EDSG Uber, this application enables Mega Connect riders (EDSG government officials on dispatch duty) to connect to Mega Connect Drivers in real time via a mobile app. This drop-off and pick-up mobile application is available for download on the App Store and Play Store.

3. Management of the Edo State Government fleet, which includes maintenance and reconditioning of vehicles.

4. Operation of the Mega Connect Shuttle Bus, which runs a triangular route every hour between Edo State Government House, the State Secretariat, and the John Odigie Oyegun Public Service Academy (JOOPSA).

5. Provision of cutting-edge vehicle management software and fleet management solutions that provide immense cost-saving measures for the government

6. Management of the entire end-to-end value chain of the project.

This program has, within a relatively short period of time, witnessed successes and has saved the Edo State Government millions of naira monthly in fuel costs and maintenance, while also ensuring optimal productivity on the part of the EDSG Civil Service.
