A new report from the African Development Bank (AfDB) has called for urgent action to end poverty and hunger in Africa.

The report, titled "The State of Poverty in Africa 2023: Ending Poverty and Hunger in a Changing World," found that poverty levels in Africa remain high, with 43% of the population living below the international poverty line of $1.90 per day.

The report also found that hunger is on the rise in Africa, with 281 million people facing chronic hunger in 2022.

It is a mission impossible!
With the greedy old leaders and politicians in Africa, it will even keep rising.

Only God can save us!

That, the bolded, is the real cause of all the ills plaguing the continent.

Welding overpowering poverty as a weapon, yet you ask why the supposed leaders of tomorrow are engaged in all manners of negative endeavors as hustle (fraud, and hook-ups and a total crash down of value)

Some even try to take loans, gather business funds, sell their properties or even kill and steal just to Japa.

Yet, amongst these same oppressed, they fight each other over mundane and senseless matters like religion and ethnicity.

No heart to fight the oppressors at all.

Truly, I tell you, no God will waste time and resources saving a people who can't even fight for themselves and their unborn children. Ask Israel, even their God made them battle ready.

The continent will never work. Unless the slate is wiped clean and we start over (a few scape goats here and there could suffice). The old foggies holding the reigns will never let go with smiles.

Until then, Japa if you can or bear the overpowering injustice in the pits like the rest of us who won't Japa.
