Our company, BIOMEDICAL LIMITED, one of the leading pharmaceutical manufacturing companies based in Ilorin, Kwara state seeks applications from suitable, qualified and experienced candidates to fill the vacancies below;

a. FACTORY MANAGER/ SUPERINTENDENT PHARMACIST
The Role:
1. Responsible for day-to-day running of the factory in all aspects and revising and assuring targets are met.
2. Ensures implementation of company quality management system to effect current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP).
3. Ensures optimum capacity utilization in the plant.
4. Manufacturing and material usage
5. Authorizes products manufacture.
6. Ensures that on job training and development of personnel is conducted as planned
7. Responsible for registering the company premises and carries out regulation as contained in the chapter 152 of the Pharmacy Law and ensures annual license for Pharmacists are in current status
8. Ensure good communication with all departments to enhance productivity.
9. Regularly liaise with Health Authorities and advises Management accordingly
10. Responsible for Registration of all company’s products with Regulatory Authorities.
11. Liaise with bodies such as the Pharmaceutical Group of the Manufacturers, Association of Nigeria (PMGMAN), National Agency for Food Drugs Administration and Control (NAFDAC), The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS), and Federal and State Ministries of Health.
12. Attend to product registration, product licenses & relevant regulatory Matters.
13. Carry out other function(s) within or outside the factory as may be assigned by management.
14. Report directly to the Executive Director – Technical.

Requirements;
 The candidate must be 40 years and above
 Must possess B.pharm with valid PCN Practicing license.
 Must have a minimum of 15 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical production line
 Adequate knowledge of all the products line formulations and production including syrup, Infusions and tableting.
 Adequate Knowledge of products dozier preparations.



b. SUPPLY CHAIN EXECUTIVE

Requirements;
 Suitable candidate must possess a minimum of B.SC/HND in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology or any science based relevant course.
 Adequate knowledge of API`s
 In-depth knowledge and understanding of supply chain Management from planning, sourcing & procurement, manufacturing, Delivery & logistics and returning.
 Must have a minimum of Five years working experience in similar capacity in the pharmaceutical industry.

c. BRAND DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (NORTHERN ZONE)

 Suitable candidate must;
 possess a minimum of B.SC/HND in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology or any science based relevant course.
 Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
 Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth
 Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
 Preparing and delivering sales pitches and presentations to potential new clients
 Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole
 Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
 Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
 Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities
 Maintaining client activities in CRM
 Developing and presenting proposals customized for each client’s specific business needs
 Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up
 Developing rapport with key decision makers
 Translating proposals into ready-to-sign contracts
 Owning the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation
 Managing virtual and in-person sales meetings
 Must be conversant with Northern states pharmaceutical markets
