Responsibilities:
 Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger entries.
 Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
 Conduct regular reconciliations of financial discrepancies and resolve any issues or discrepancies promptly.
 Monitor and manage budgets for various departments, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines and policies.
 Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data and provide assistance for financial analysis and decision-making.
 Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and guidelines.
 Assist with audits and participate in the implementation of financial controls and procedures.
 Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial management.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Account Officer or similar role.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office suite.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• High level of integrity and professional ethics.
