We are a leading company in security engineering and information technology solution known for our high quality products and exceptional customer care. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in promoting our products and building strong relationship with our customers.

Job Title: Sales Representative
Industry: Dilati Masters Services
Location: Berger, Lagos

Responsibilities:
• Identify and cultivate potential clients through various channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the sales manager.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve revenue goals.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation, including contracts and agreements.
• Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities.
• Work collaboratively with other team members and departments.
• Adhere to company sales policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
• Stay well informed about the features, specifications, and benefits of products/services.
• Gather customer feedback and relay it to the product development and marketing teams.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any other related field
• Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role is desirable.
• Familiar with sales techniques and principles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Good record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Effective negotiation skills to close deals and address client concerns.
• Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences.

Salary/Benefit: N250, 000 (commission inclusive)
