Couple of days ago, I realized ATM Galleries are empty.

Today, a lady told me how she was forced to pay #300 as charges for #10.000 withdrawal.

Which way Nigeria ?

My challenge is that POS agents are emptying our ATMs and compelling us to buy niara at #100 per 5k from them.
