BluntCrazeMan:That's why I don't understand the word "indefinitely" used in this context. That's why, maybe, the tribunal is starting or sitting at a record time after the election. 1 Like |

wengerman:Yahaya is an arrogant illiterate who banks on thuggery and intimidation to gain something. I met someone in Abuja and we got talking about political development in Nigeria generally and elections and judgements were mentioned. He told me he was on ground during the elections in Ankpa. He said being an APC person himself and having seen the sweeping support the Muri guy was getting, they allowed people to add a few votes, looking at how Yahaya brought 99% voter turnout from his towns of Okehi, Adavi and Okene - they decided to up their own ante and to everyone surprise, INEC rejected that move and rejected those votes claiming they might cause problem for the candidate of SDP and they won't allow that format to be deployed in Yahaya's villages. Then when results were announced, they saw a repeat of what happened in 2019. If the court doesn't overturn this, they're ready to do it their own way the next time. This is where INEC has pushed people to. 4 Likes 1 Share |

extol1: Yahaya is already jittery by his actions in recent times. His own party and power that be would wield the big stick for his arrogance at the right time. He's been fighting Tinubu since the days of Audu and him losing the primaries in 2015. He stole what was Faleke's. He challenged Tinubu and refused to step down for a southern candidate - in fact, he stormed out of the meeting to discuss this issues. You can't produce number of votes higher than the the number of collected voters card. That archaic ways his people rig in those farm settlements in the SW state like Ekiti was what he repeated here. He's going out with his incommunicado Ododo. 1 Like |

Person claim to win election with land slide and yet mobilized thugs to go destroy inec office to prevent the inspection of material and possibly burn the materials..heard they had moved or planning to move the materials from the state to Abuja. There is also a plan I heard to attacked those who are moving the materials to Abuja..!! Heard bello and his goons slogan is "You go explain tire, No evdience"..!! The plan is to burn down inec office and destroy the evidence whichever way possible...!! Another guy to watchout for in this whole debacle is Ganduje...the guy is so corrupt he can do anything for money....!! No wonder bello have been falling him up and down like dog following shit before the election...!! Up was a bit hard to crack so he started paying the low class people to do the manipulation for him and they did very badly and shady job.!! Bello is very angry and confused now...insulting everybody and anybody, officially quering traditional rulers recklessly and refuced to pay his workers cash award which every state in Nigeria is paying her worker due to the hardship Tinubu inflicted on Nigerians...!!!..

Continue deceiving yourself. So Muri the shortman devil didn't manipulate result in his domain igala land ba? Atleast moving forward Igala people knows they have awaken the sleeping giant ebira people. Henceforth they will beg to be allowed to produce the governor of the state again. You know what, they will never get the chance again. What goes around, comes around eventually. Very greedy people. extol1: 2 Likes |

garfield1:No. They didn't write the LP Judgement, neither did they read it out. They just prescribed an unwritten judgement. So the real question is... Why didn't they write the judgement for the LP, and read it out in the court.?? |

realoscar84:These kogi people self look at how arrogant you are sounding. I used to be in kogi when Igalas were ruling and was praying for another region to have a chance. But having seen how this Bello has govern it makes one to wonder, It seems you people are more arrogant. In the first place Bello was just lucky to get a chance due to the death of Audu. Those Igala presented a candidate on a less strong party like SDP and gave Apc Bello a very good fight despite having advantage of being the governor. If it were to be an Igala Governor can Ebira pick a small party like SDP and have a chance. Just accept that Ebira can't compete with them on a neutral level for governorship in Kogi, unless you will want to continue writing results like it just happened. 2 Likes |

You called the truth arrogance? I won't even banter with you since you aren't even a kogite. Mention ur state and I will tell you the real meaning of arrogance. Hopping on media propaganda to say Yahaya Bello didn't do well as a governor, let's get to know ur state of origin and then we can analyse how ur governor has turned it into Eldorado. BluntCrazeMan: Nawao.didnt you watch the video of the judgment? They simply voted to dismiss the lp petition and similar grounds in pdp judgment applies to lp and adopted the pepc judgment where necessary |
Re: Kogi: Tribunal Adjourns Indefinitely For SDP’s Election Materials Inspection by BluntCrazeMan: 12:02pm On Nov 30, 2023 |
garfield1: The Grounds Are Not Similar. That's where they FAILED.!! And are you saying that the LP/Obi should now go and pick the Judgement of PDP/Atiku?? Whereas the Judgement was strictly for PDP/Atiku,, (and not a Consolidated Judgement.... as is the case with the PEPT--Judgement) |

realoscar84:So if one is not from Kogi one won't know what's happening all over Nigeria? But all over Nigeria we know what Governor Zulum is doing in Borno. Oga i equally won't banter with you go and follow your Governor excavate and dig roads to prevent Election. 1 Like |
Re: Kogi: Tribunal Adjourns Indefinitely For SDP’s Election Materials Inspection by garfield1: 1:52pm On Nov 30, 2023 |
BluntCrazeMan: Oga,some grounds are similar like the 18000 blank copies, network glitch, substantial noncompliance, overvoting, fct 25%.atiku judgment will apply here mutatis mutandis. The only ground that are not similar are drug issue, double nomination in which the pepc judgment applies.immediately they finished reading the atiku judgment, they simply decided to consolidate and thrash obi appeal |
Re: Kogi: Tribunal Adjourns Indefinitely For SDP’s Election Materials Inspection by BluntCrazeMan: 2:23pm On Nov 30, 2023 |
garfield1: You just typed trash. Which page or which paragraph of Atiku’s petition or appeal did he mention 18,000 blank copies, substantial compliance? And if the LP brought the case of drug issue, double nomination to them as an appeal,, why would they be silent on it?? If it was going to be a consolidated judgement,, then, they would have listed the two cases of appeals (with their numbers) inside the CTC that was released. Some times,, I don't understand the way you type. |
Re: Kogi: Tribunal Adjourns Indefinitely For SDP’s Election Materials Inspection by garfield1: 3:01pm On Nov 30, 2023 |
BluntCrazeMan: Oga,you are the one typing trash, use your head na.is it so hard to apply commonsense? The apex court at times on several occasions do not write fresh judgment on cases they already align with.like in 2019,they simply adopted the pepc judgment totally.those men are just 10,the workload is much.why should they rewrite a fresh judgment when the pepc already simplified everything? Go and read atiku's petition again,he complained of over 20,000 blank irev copies and substantial noncompliance in anambra, sokoto, zamfara, abia etc. The double nomination issue was already settled by the apex court in atiku vs shettima supra.you are not familiar with legal cases, why not allow those who know better to educate you |
