As promised by the Governor of Ogun state , the state government fulfilled it's promise by issuing first set of C of O under the home owners charter and OLARMS program today. The governor was represented by the secretary to the state government at the event.

1 year plus. One million naira under the OLARMS special program. It was also discounted by 50%
