The evolution of the Egyptians as a nationality group is as interesting as their anti-African attitude, although the latter differs not at all from that of many mixed breeds with African blood elsewhere. (3) Finally, the great revolt of white slaves (Mamelukes) in 1250 A .D.,and their murderous onslaughts against their Turk and Arab masters ended forever the general enslavement of whites, and thereafter led to a concentration on the enslavement of only Blacks. This changed the course of history and came to make the myth of racial superiority-inferiority, master and slave, appear to be a visible reality. Could there be any question about it? Even the slaves would realize that their actual situation was one of inferiority . And after centuries of bondage, the slaves generally came to believe that they were, in fact, inferior beings, and that their masters, by the very arrangements of life, were superior. For whether in Asia, Europe, South America, the United States or the West Indies, the story was the same: The essential links with their past were broken . All knowledge of former greatness was lost. Even their kinship and family relationships were destroyed along with their true names . They were not regarded as human beings. They became a race of outcasts hating themselves for being alive. Indeed, and even the Romans and Greeks confirmed the ethnicity of the ancient Egyptians as being similar to those of other Africans but Eurocentrics and Asians seem to have overlooked this in favour of their fantasy stories.

Thats kinda far fetched seeing that present DNA evidence demonstrates that human beings DNA sequencing is about 97.3% the same indicating that they are of the same species.

According to the studies carried out by both G. Lucott and G. Mercier using Y-chromosome haplotypes, a process which involved filtering Y-chromosome haplotypes of a large number of unrelated volunteers in Egypts Nile Valley by way of p49a,f TaqI polymorphism.

Their results showed that fifteen different p49a,f TaqI haplotypes are present in Egypt, the three most common being haplotype V, haplotype XI, and haplotype IV. Haplotype XI shows a preponderance in the south (in C - Nubia, 30.4%; B - Upper Egypt, 28.8%)

Haplotype XI is what the Institue of Anthroplogy refers to as E3b1, and originates among the East Africans - Borana, Somali, Oromo, e.t.c

Haplotype IV (E3A) was found to be almost absent in A (Delta 1.2%) and
preponderant in B (Upper Egypt 27.3%) and C (lower Nubia 39.1%)

Hence, the primary and common origins and relationships between ancient Egyptians and other Africans is clearly evident.

Therefore, some of the modern day Egyptians are related to ancient Egyptians while most are not.

The first tribes that inhabited Egypt, that is, the Nile Valley between the Syene cataract and the sea, came from Abyssinia to Sennar.

The ancient Egyptians belonged to a race quite similar to the Kennous or Barabras [Beja], present inhabitants of Nubia.

I think this is confirmation of the genetical study that concludes the uniquesness of the black gene; one that cannot be replicated or reproduced outside of itself but retains the ability to replicate or reproduce other ethnic groups.

Depends on what you want to define as a black person. There are variations of black people on the African continent from the nile valley to the cape. There is no 'true negro' looking African as there is no "true white' looking person. People are a variation of hues from exteremly dark to pale white.

The ancient egyptians as the case should be (seeing that they border other continents outside of Africa) exhibited a variation of these hues. Therefore they must be considered intermediaries as skull morphologies have put ancients in Anthropological terms within the variants of negroid cranial and caucasoid cranial formations.

Maiherpri was buried in a Royal Egyptian Tomb in the Valley of the Kings, the royal necropolis (Egypt). The mummy was unwrapped in March 1901, revealing a very dark skin with woolly hair. In Maiherperi's tomb, a papyrus was found depicting him with literally "blackish" skin. The papyrus in question was the Book of the Dead (Picture below).
