Suicide occurs when anyone is thinking Negatively, Talking Negatively and Finally acts negatively. To commit suicide is to kill oneself.

Suicide has a high tendency to occur when suicidal individuals feel they have " Lost something or someone very important" they feel that thing or person is irreplaceable.

Suicide can also occur out of frustration concerning events, these events can be marital problems, relationship problems, financial problems. Suicide generally occurs during tough and trying times, times of stagnation or lack of progress or lack or growth.

The Best way to Stop someone from commiting suicide is to :
1. Visit a doctor for evaluation and anti depression drugs or anti Psychotic medication.
2. Visit a Psychologist who will talk to you about not committing suicide.

Being around positive people in your life goes a long way in lifting your mood which will lift your thinking and change your mind.
Always watch the type of entertainment you listen to or watch. Depending on who the suicidal person is Listening to Uplifting or very well constructed music in terms of words used in the song, singing style or melody can go along way in stimulation of the brain. Comedy will make you laugh and forget your Self Inflicted sorrows. Self inflicted because some people make a habit of holding onto bad events too tightly, for too long or with too much emotion, punishing themselves for even longer than the initial pain.

Change the way you Think
Stop focussing on yourself and start focusing on others . Go home to your parents or if you already have a new family start trying to help others with their own problems. To illustrate this it's like your problem is a bucket of water you are carrying if you let go of that bucket you feel lighter ...... Since that person is open to the idea that Jesus can save, the person's mind has undergone a small shift from " wanting to end it all " to the possibility of being saved. If you do not like the analogy of Jesus saving, then a beautiful woman with curves can make him want to live long enough to explore her curves.

Well, it is referred to as a distraction and not a cure or treatment for good reason since being religiously born-again does not deter one from eventually succumbing to thoughts of suicide. Every year, pastors and so-called born-agains are among those who commit suicide.
