Sim card is different from line, anytime I want to upgrade my line, I'm always told to do a simswap which means relinquishing my old sim card for an upgraded 4G or 5G simcards . For you still using old sim cards, does that mean your old sim cards edge, 2G sim cards? How do you upgrade without simswap?

I didn't lose the card, I only upgraded it to 4g

However, I changed it when I wanted to update it. Also, when my phone was stolen, I retrieved it by getting a new one (same number).

The sim has been retrieved about 4 times.

All my Sim, mtn , glo and airtel are all 15years old and are still active.
