Updates on the Al-Aqsa Flood operation presented in this episode of Samri Channel.
Starting with the American Bloomberg Agency, which said in a recent report that the United States of America is trying to persuade both the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates to join a maritime alliance whose goal is to direct a military strike against the Ansar Allah Houthi group, which prohibits the passage of all ships linked to Israel through the Red Sea.

US National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan said a few days ago that Washington is in talks with other countries about establishing a naval task force in the Red Sea. For its part, Israeli media revealed that “Israel” officially asked several countries, including Britain and Japan, to form an international naval force, to guarantee “freedom of navigation in the Bab al-Mandab Strait,” according to its claim, after the Yemeni forces yesterday targeted two Israeli ships in the strait and detained them. Earlier, in response to the Israeli aggression on Gaza, the military correspondent for the Israeli Kan channel, Itay Blumenthal, explained that “Israel” requested the establishment of a force within the framework of an international coalition, to work in the Bab al-Mandab Strait.

Blumenthal reported that "Israel" is preparing for other attacks by "Ansar Allah" against Israeli ships, or those owned by Israeli businessmen. Sanaa confirms that it is working to ensure navigation in Bab al-Mandab and the Red Sea, and that its attacks are limited to targeting Israeli ships as a response to the ongoing aggression against the people of Gaza.

For its part, the Ansar Allah Al-Houthi group announced a ban on the passage of all ships heading to Israel, warning all shipping companies against cooperating with the Hebrew state. The military spokesman for the Houthis said: “After the forces succeeded in imposing their decision to prevent Israeli ships from navigating the Red and Arab Bahrain, and as a result of the Zionist enemy’s continuation of committing horrific massacres, genocidal war, and the siege against our brothers in Gaza, the forces announce preventing the passage of ships heading to the entity.” If a Zionist of any nationality does not enter the Gaza Strip, the food and medicine he needs will become a legitimate target for our armed forces.”

He added, "Out of concern for the safety of maritime navigation, we warn all ships and companies against dealing with Israeli ports." He continued in a statement, "The forces confirm their full commitment to the continuation of global trade movement through the Red and Arabian Seas for all ships and all countries except for ships linked to Israel, or that will transport goods to Israeli ports." He concluded by saying, "The forces will implement this decision from the moment this statement is announced."

In another context, Israeli media reported that Officer Maor Cohen, the nephew of War Council member Gadi Eisenkot, was killed in the Gaza battles, whose son was killed yesterday in the northern Gaza area. The media said: “Maor Meir Cohen, a regular service soldier, was killed today during the fighting in Gaza. Cohen is the son of Sharon Eisenkot, the sister of Gadi Eisenkot, whose son Gal Eisenkot was killed last night in Gaza.”

Israeli sources indicated that the circumstances of his death have not yet been published. Yesterday, Thursday, the Israeli army announced that the youngest son of the former Israeli army chief of staff and member of the war council, Gadi Eisenkot, was killed in the ongoing battles in the northern Gaza Strip. Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper indicated that Gal Eisenkot, an infantry soldier in the 551st Reserve Brigade, was conducting a search operation with his comrades on the outskirts of Jabalia when a large explosive device exploded among them. According to an IDF spokesman, two reservists, a soldier and a medic from the 53rd Battalion, were seriously injured, and a combat officer from the Nahal patrol was seriously injured.
