I once worked under a contractor whose sumptuous allowances and bonuses are tied directly proportional to the amount of work he delivers to his firm.
And just like in every group, "bunch" or fellowship, there is bound to be a judas amidst.
this people like to do their jobs haphazardly and cut corners in other to arrive at higher figures.
The problem is not their unholy attitude but, the support they get, which is quite amusing.
For while an honest worker is seen as lazy,slow and underproductive, this scrupulous elements are hailed,praise and even given bonuses as hard working staffs.

This begs the question,
"why are the honest being discouraged"?

This is quite worrisome

Because Everyone mindset is on prosperity.
We forget about moral and honest this days

Someone once said, there is "no genuine one million", i wonder how true is that statement
