Isn't this the same as the Atkins diet? Its good and works, but be ready for super stinky farts and you will now realise how wonderful and delicious carbs are because you will be craving carbs anyhow Also its a rich man's diet cos of price of protein.. I will be in this diet when my livestock don plenty with excess to eat.. but i will retain small carbs and veg lol |
