The Tutor with Tuteria Fellowship Program is a unique opportunity for Nigeria’s most exceptional graduates, young professionals, and passionate teachers from diverse academic backgrounds to work as full-time tutors (Fellows), offering the best-in-class tutoring service in the homes of Tuteria’s numerous clients.

We're seeking ambitious, resilient and dedicated individuals passionate about joining our mission to make quality personalised learning more accessible in Africa.

Tuteria Fellowship is a yearly renewable, full-time, paid tutoring employment. Fellows are chosen through a rigorous selection process evaluating their subject-matter expertise, leadership, commitment, critical thinking, and creativity, among other skills.

As a Fellow, you’ll undergo extensive training and receive ongoing support to work as a full-time tutor within your community or online. This allows you to transform students’ lives, build lasting relationships, achieve more professional development and contribute to education technology in Nigeria.

Who are we looking for?

- Nursery and Early Years Teachers experienced in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Montessori, Child Development, Phonics, Literacy, Numeracy, Handwriting, etc.
- Primary School Teachers in Math, English, Sciences, and Common Entrance; experienced with any or all of the British, Nigerian and American Curricula
- Secondary School Teachers in Math, English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Further Mathematics, especially those experienced in preparing students for IGCSE, Checkpoints, Cambridge, WAEC, UME, etc.
- Female candidates are especially encouraged to apply.

Who Can Apply?

- You must have finished NYSC.
- You need a degree from a recognised university.
- You need at least a second class (lower division).
- You should live in Lagos, Nigeria, especially on the Island.
- Be 35 years old or younger when you apply.
- Having a degree or certificate in education is a bonus.
