Two guys were walking along a road in oshodi-apapa express way in Lagos when they were struck by a police car driven by a drunken policeman.

One guy was thrown through the windscreen and his friend was knocked down on the road side.
they were both arrested

The first guy was charged with breaking and entering and the second with leaving the scene of an accident.
