They was a time during Amaechi and fashola when Rivers and Lagos always compete in term of budget size...infact,that was a particular year when Rivers budget was slightly higher than Lagos budget .

You're not Smart!! Fubara is trying to court Tinubu for his support! He's trying to show loyalty to Tinubu because without his support to Wike, fubara will be able to crush wike! Once he's able to assure Tinubu of his loyalty, Wike may not get Tinubu's assistance to crush fubara!
