Of recent, some detractors have been patronizing the social media to sponsor spurious and unproven allegations against the Director-General State Services (DGSS), Yusuf Magaji Bichi, CFR. More pronounced was the alleged embezzlement of palliative funds meant for the operatives of the secret Service. Fronting for characters behind the propagation of the false claims was Jackson Ude whose post emerged on X (Formerly Twitter).

Alas! The dancing lilies on the lake have their drummers right beneath the water. The vilifiers ought to be wise enough to know that they are only hiding behind their fingers. Portions of their faces are distinct enough for all to see. Regardless of counter narratives by well-wishers to discountenance the detractors' claim, it is congrous to place the mirror before the mischief makers for them to see their images and what they stand for.

Tee Ajee

He works with the DSS and was made Assistant Director of Security in one of the South-South states during which he engaged in deliberate killing of suspects in detention leading to a petition written to the secret Service for his removal. Notwithstanding, he was later made the Director in the same state long after he had worked in other places. He seized the opportunity to float a secret black squad using operatives under him to carry out illegal and 'dirty' assignments for the Governor of the State. For this reason, he was moved to another state also in the South-South where he delved into large scale oil bunkering with the oil companies. Through his shady oil deals, he runs oil companies both home and abroad. The fellow rose to second to the last rank in the secret Service without attending any strategic management course either at the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), Jos, Plateau State or National Defence College, Abuja, out of the goodwill of the Management of the secret Service. He supported former Vice President Yemi Osinbajo during his party primary election. Despite his high rank, his operations are not knowledge-driven but based on mere bravado.

Bee Abeyance

He hails from one of the states in the North-West and worked at the Presidential Villa. He belonged to the same cabal with late Chief of Staff to Buhari, former Attorney-General and Minister of Justice, and former head of the secret Police. He refused to accept the will of God in the appointment of Mr Bichi as the head of the secret police. He displayed his disloyalty to the extent that his boss raised questions about his negative attitude towards Bichi. Afterwards, he deployed to attend a strategic management course in Trinidad and Tobago which led to his replacement at the seat of power. At the completion of the course, he was made the Director of Security in one of the North-Eastern states where he got married to a woman said to have been a mistress to influential politicians in the state without due process of the Service. From the North-East, he was transferred to another state in the North-Central as Director.There, he became wild by going spiritual against Mr Bichi, inviting marabouts from Mali, Mauritania and Niger, seeking the removal or death of the DG.

Seadog Fox Canine

He also worked in the Presidential Villa. He headed a Unit in the Villa but was notorious for receiving illicit funds at the seat of power. This led to his unceremonious exit from the Villa and was posted to a training institution in Abuja. The officer got his first degree while serving and was appointed Director of Security in one of the states in the North-Central. He assisted the State Governor to carry out series of questionable activities, thereby attracting petitions from the opposition parties in the state. The officer was promoted to the second to the highest rank in the secret police out of the benevolence of the DG as he did not attend any strategic management course. During his stay in the North-Central State, he became partisan by working for the PDP. He was later posted to a South-Western State where he retired. After his retirement, he begged to be given a contract job upon which he was taken to a training institution in Abuja, an offer which he rejected. His song after President Tinubu's victory at the general elections was that it was Yoruba's turn, aiming to become the DGSS, despite working against Jagaban during the APC primary and in the North-Central State where he worked.

Islo

He hails from one of South-Western States. The officer joined the secret police with the 1999 set, hyped as the most ambitious group. He worked with one of the cabinet ministers during the Administration of former President Umaru Musa Yar'Adua, GCFR. He also worked in Lagos Command of the secret Police where he became notorious for collecting bribe. His corrupt tendencies informed his unprofessional conduct in an operation that led to the killing of seven operatives of the secret police by criminals running the creeks. The then Lagos State Governor requested for his removal from the State because of his conduct. Thereafter, he was posted to the Abuja Command of the secret Police where he continued with his illegal operations and display of disloyalty to the leadership of the Command. After the last general elections, he approached some of the traditional rulers in the South-West to influence his deployment to the Presidential Villa as Chief Security Officer, a move that fell like a pack of cards. That was after his romance with a Lagos State Gubernatorial candidate, who promised to appoint him as his Special Assistant on security if he won at the poll.

Baba D

He was one of the past DGSSes of the secret Service. While in active service, he was dismissed for his high level of indiscipline. However, the dismissal was converted to compulsory retirement after which he was appointed to head the secret police. As the saying goes, no amount of rain can wash off the spots on the leopard's skin. His misdemeanor and gross indiscipline led to his sack by the then Vice President. He was a strong member of the cabal calling the shots at the Villa when he was in power. In fact, he was part of a cabal in the cabal. He made frantic effort to be re-appointed as the head of the secret police or be given the position of the National Security Adviser which did not work out for him. After Tinubu's victory at the Presidential poll, he worked with other members of his cabal to ensure that the then President did not hand over to the President-elect, a plan that failed. He did not also want the VP to be picked as running mate to the current President. There are reports from foreign intelligence agencies that Baba D wants the President dead by poisoning so that the VP can take over. He is also said to be muting the idea of a military coup to topple the government, therefore I call on the secret police to investigate this acertion.

In addition, our investigation revealed that all cases involving officers who altered their ages will be investigated as such act is seriously frowned upon by the secret Service. Aside this, other grievous issues involving all the officers discussed above are being thoroughly investigated.

There is need to pause for now. Others who are part of the campaign of calumny against the leadership of the secret Police will also be read in between the lines. This is in series. Readers should watch out.
